    Sinéad is a Research Fellow and Community Manager at the Innovation Value Institute in Maynooth University.  Her research is concerned with exploring collaboration and knowledge sharing in multi-disciplinary and knowledge-intensive environments. She is a Fulbright Scholar and is currently Vice President of the Irish Fulbright Alumni Association.

     

     

    Title: Getting Better at Doing Stuff: How maturity frameworks can help

    Synopsis: Maturity frameworks are tools that harness real-world experience from inside the organisation and bring it together with expertise from outside, drawing on current academic and practitioner research.
    Using IVI’s IT-Capability Maturity Framework (IT-CMF) by way of an example, this talk outlines how one such framework was designed to help organisations identify key improvement targets and measure progress towards developing their capability in those areas, in alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
